A left-sided midfielder who has been a firm favourite of Poland coach Franciszek Smuda in the run-up to Euro 2012, Rybus can expect to start on the bench this summer and yet he has more than a good chance of seeing some tournament action.
Rybus made his name with Legia Warsaw and impressed in the Poland Under-21 ranks before earning his first senior appearance on the international stage against Romania in November 2009. Since then, he has gathered plenty of experience in the Polish ranks and will head to his first major tournament eager to impress.
One for the future of the national team, the experienced Rybus will relish the chance to take part in a Euro 2012 festival that is the highlight of so many Polish star names.
