Marchisio earned his first senior cap for Italy back in 2009 and he has established himself a key man in Cesare Prandelli’s set-up, playing in six Euro 2012 qualifiers, scoring a vital goal in the 1-1 draw with Serbia last October.
After emerging through the Juventus ranks and earning the nickname of Il Principino (The Little Prince), Marchisio has established himself as a classy operator in the heat of battle and it’s no surprise that he scores the off vital goal as he started his career as a striker in the Juve youth team.
