Fitness worries for Italy
De Rossi and Abate were both subbed off against England

Italy have fitness concerns over Daniele De Rossi and Ignazio Abate ahead of their Euro 2012 semi-final meeting with Germany on Thursday.
Italy booked their place in the last four of the tournament via a penalty shoot-out win over England on Sunday night, after the match finished 0-0 following extra-time.
The progress came at a cost, though, after midfielder De Rossi was forced off in the 80th minute, with Antonio Nocerino brought on as his replacement.
Speaking after the game, De Rossi said: "My sciatic nerve is causing me some discomfort. After Diamanti’s penalty, I couldn't even get up and embrace him."
Abate, meanwhile, suffered a muscle injury and was subsequently replaced by Christian Maggio, who was booked during his time on the field and will therefore be suspended for the semi-final.
