Ligue 1 title challengers Lyon will look to put a frustrating week behind them when they open the doors of the Stade de Gerland to Bastia tomorrow.
Having seen their eagerly-anticipated clash with Marseille postponed last weekend, Remi Garde's men were surprisingly dumped out of the Coupe de la Ligue by Nice in midweek.
That means that even though they sit fourth in the table, four points behind leaders Paris St Germain and with a game in hand, they need a morale-boosting performance this weekend.
``We were disappointed in midweek because we conceded three goals from set-pieces,'' said defender Mouhamadou Dabo.
``We could have avoided going out of the cup. We pushed right until the final minutes, but it wasn't enough.
``We wanted to achieve something excellent and build on our strong run last season. But now we know we have to focus on the match with Bastia.''
For their part, Bastia have had a similarly up-and-down week.
Having continued their impressive showings in the top flight with a 3-1 win over Bordeaux a week ago, they were unable to carry any momentum into their cup clash with Auxerre when it was postponed because of the weather.
Last season's Ligue 2 champions Bastia have been one of the surprise packages of the season and sit 11th heading into the fixture.
This game will be the first time the two sides have met since August 2002, when Lyon ran out 4-1 winners.
