Stand-out performer for the Czech side - right back Theodor Gebre Selassie. They did enough in a dramatic early blitz to secure a win, even after Petr Cech's howler. Greece never truely looked like grabbing a point. A contender for the tournament's weakest side.
The other two teams in the group will meet in 45 minutes time. Poland face Russia in Warsaw. Follow live - here
Czech Republic then keep their tournament hopes alive with a 2-1 win sealed with two very early goals. Greece, meanwhile, face a near certain exit.
90'
FULL TIME Greece 1-2 Czech Republic
90'
Katsouranis launches the ball into the area. Easily headed clead. Mitroglou falls dramatically looking for a penalty, but the free-kick goes the other way.
90'
Gekas does brilliantly to hold up the ball at the edge of the box and lays the ball off to Papadopoulos. However, the defenders pass to Samaras is well over the striker's head.
90'
Three minutes added time...
90'
89'
Greece are desperate, but struggling to get the ball in the right areas. All too comfortable for Czech Republic
88'
Corner taken short to Pilar who looks to shield the ball from the Greek defenders, but the referee awards a free-kick against him.
87'
No real pattern to play now. Plasil wins a corner on the Czech left off right-back Torosidis. Wastes a few more moments.
86'
Almost a flare-up as Karagounis is fouled by Pekhart. The assistant referee quickly steps in to stop the situation developing.
86'
More free-kicks as Czech Republic look to repel the Greek onslaught. They are finally coming strong now.
84'
Czech Republic look to counter with Limbersky, but the Greek defence covers back quickly.
83'
Another free-kick as Jiracek tugs back Holevas. Karagounis delivers, but easily headed clear.
82'
The phantom whistle is in the crowd once more. Greece have around ten minutes to grab a goal.
81'
Czech Republic look to counter and it briefly looks as though Pilar has a crossing opportunity, having broken behind Torossidis. His second tough is atrocious, though, and the ball rolls for a goal-kick.
80'
Torossidis looks to cross from the right from deep. However, it's a disappointing effort, lofted high and Cech claims with ease.
79'
Poor Giorgos Samaras. This time, after holding up the ball well, he passes out of play with no team-mate anywhere near.
78'
Salpingidis attempts an audacious header from the edge of the box, as Karagounis clips in a cross, well wide though. Somewhat predictably.
77'
Mitroglou is hassling the Czech defence, but too much. Another free-kick conceded as he fouls Michal Kadlec.
75'
Samaras has been terrible. This time crossing from the left, he floats the ball directly to Petr Cech.
74'
Mitroglou, who has just come on, looks to head at goal. However, free-kick given as he climbs all over Tomas Sivok to rise highest.
73'
Greece starting to up the tempo and they are winning plenty of free-kicks. Chances to come you feel...
72'
Greece are offside again! Gekas this time as he looked to seize upon a deflected Karagounis effort.
71'
Much better from Greece as a cross from the right is close to picking out Gekas. Sivok rises high.
71'
70'
Ball from the left into the crowded area by Karagounis is good, but headed clear. From the other flank, Katsouranis looks to clip the ball back in. Overhit.
69'
A good Greek attack wins a corner. Since conceding, the Czech defence is looking very nervy when called upon.
67'
Maniatis is the latest to attempt something over ambitious, firing well wide from 25 yards.
66'
The Czechs counter with Gebre Selassie again. Hubschman takes over and fires the ball wide to Pilar. The winger crosses left fooed, but overhit.
66'

64'
63'
Greece come down the other end, but Samaras is shepherded for a goal-kick by Gebre Selassie. The Celtic striker does comically look to win a free-kick though.
62'
Czech Republic pinning Greece in their own half now. Gebre Selassie once more proving an ever willing runner down the right flank. Having a very good game.
61'
Cech will feel a bit better now. The Chelsea stopper comes confidently off his line to punch clear the free-kick.
60'
Karagounis to deliver a free-kick into the area again from the right. Foul by Pilar this time.
59'
Greece work the ball out to the right to Torossidis, but his whipped cross into the centre is greatly overhit.
58'
There was a game of football taking place. The last five minutes has just been consecutive free-kicks. Not great to watch.
57'
56'
Fouls all over the place now. Samaras fells Gebre Selassie this time.
55'
54'
Greece's substitute does it again. Two matches and two goals from a substitute.
53'
51'
However, within moments the attack comes to an end. Torossidis, who had the ball, pulling the shirt of Kolar.
50'
Good spell here for Greece. They are stroking the ball around neatly now.
49'
Cross into the box from Fortounis looks for Gekas, turned clear by the head of Kadlec.
48'
Greece have a spell of possession to ease themselves into the second-half. They need to get into this game, though, or they face an early exit.
47'
Jiracek goes down holding his stomach after a clash with Holevas in midfield. The giant forward making something of very little there.
46'
Big chance straight away for Czech Republic. Gebre Selassie breezes into the area on the right and fires the ball across. Baros can't control with the goal gaping.
46'
SECOND HALF
46'
46'
Changes afoot for the second-half...
Full-backs Jose Holebas and Vassilis Torossidis are having a nightmare for Greece. Torossidis struggling with the talented Pilar; Holebas caught hopelessly out of position for both goals.
This result would put a lot of pressure on hosts Poland later. They will be kicking themselves at not taking their chances against Greece.
The Czechs were out of the blocks quickly to soar into a 2-0 lead before Greece had time to settle into the game. They have improved, but they are making Czech Republic look very good.
45'
HALF TIME Greece 0-2 Czech Republic.
45'
Jirosek leads the Czech counter with a fine piece of skill to evade his marker, but the attack quickly fizzles out.
45'
Holevas gets forward down the left and does better this time, picking out Fortounis who dallies over his shot.
45'
One minuted added-time...
44'
Scrappy end to the half. The referee has been one of the most influential figures in the opening 45 minutes.
43'
Salpingidis once more looks Greece's biggest threat. This time he swings a right-foot at a loose ball in the box. Blocked by Kadlec.
42'
Jiracek has a shooting chance in the right channel. With Holevas out of position, he lines up a right-foot shot, but it is sliced high and wide into the crowd.
41'
Czech Republic have a let off then and retain their two goal lead heading towards the break.
40'
39'
Czech Republic flood forward in a red wave, orchastrated by Rosicky. Pilar cannot create anything from the left and surrenders possession.

Bits and pieces ga, so far. Long ball to Samaras headed down towards Salpingidis. Cleared by Kadlec.

A flurry of yellow cards in the last few minutes. Karagounis looks to pick out Salpingidis once more. The striker is offside in the centre of the box.
35'
34'

31'
Greece, who too their credit have come back into the game, look to set Salpidis free behind the Czech defence. Offside flagged.
30'
This game is being dominated by the Czech midfield three as they probe down the right-flank again. Impressive so far.
29'
Corner taken from the left by Rosicky. Headed clear by Samaras, but only as far as the Arsenal man. Rosicky then attempts an audatious shot from wide, but pulled horribly wide.
28'
Rosicky looks to add his name to the scoresheet. A low strike from 30 yards, saved comfortably by Sifakis. Corner to Czech Republic.
27'
The free-kick is sent in by Holevas, with Karagounis off the pitch receiving treatment. Cech punches clear.

24'
Karagounis swings in another free-kick for Greece, headed clear before it can reach Samaras. The mighty Jiracek brings the ball clear.
23'
After some delay, we are back in play. Greece have a new keeper, but their back line looks to be the problem!
22'
21'
Worries for Greece. Kostas Chalkias is injured and is leaving the pitch. Looks like a lower back problem.
20'
Once more the left-flank looks vulnerable for Greece and Milan Baros is in behind this time. Papadopoulos covers well.
19'
The Czech's pile on the pressure once more. Pilar, who looks ever threatening, cuts in off the left and strikes right-footed. Not far wide.
18'
In the end it isn't Karagounis, rather the left-foot of Holevas. Rosicky clears before the ball even reaches the Czech area. Poor.
17'
Another free-kick to Greece from a similar position on the left. Karagounis to take.
16'
Swung in from the left by Rosicky. Chalkias is quick off his line to claim, which he does after a small fumble.

12'
Lovely ball into the box from Torossidis, whipped in from the right-flank. The ball reaches Samaras in the centre, but the tall striker is offside.
11'
It's Karagounis to take and it's not a bad delivery, but too close to Petr Cech. The Chelsea keeper is off his line quickly to claim.
10'
First real spell of Greek possession and Karagounis wins a free-kick 30 yards out. Good chance to swing the ball into the area.
9'
Rosicky looks to play in Gebre Selassie behind Holevas once more. He has the beating of the defender, but the ball is overhit.
8'
Once more the Czechs stroking the ball around well at the back. Totally different side to the one that collapsed on Friday.
7'
Unbelievable start for the Czechs as they shoot into a two goal lead. Their fans are ecstatic.
6'
4'
Brilliant start from Czech Republic. Greece are rocking.
3'
1'
Good start from the Czechs, working the ball well in midfield. Will be a nice feeling after Friday's defeat.
