93'
92'
The keeper should have done better really.
91'
Looks like Germany started winding down a little early as Neymar cuts inside and fires a shot past Neuer.
91'
90'
The game rather winding down now.
89'
A nice little fist bump between Hummels and Goetze on the bench - pleased with their evening's work clearly.
88'
87'
Ramires goes over Hummels outstretched leg dramatically but the ref is having none of it.
85'
84'
83'
Good pace from Goetze to chase an overhit pass but Lucio holds firm.
82'
Kroos is now flagged offside when he was level, he missed his kick on goal anyway so no harm done.
81'
I am, of course, focusing on the positive but it would be remiss of me not to mention what rotten defending that was from Santos.
79'
Superb battling from Schweiny to block an Andre Santos pass, then rob him of possession and cut the ball back for Schurrle to slam into the top corner.
79'
76'
75'
Julio Cesar is down after getting a bump from Hummels as he punched a free kick clear of danger.
74'
73'
The crowd howl for a penalty as Klose takes a tumble under a clumsy nudge from Thiago Silva. Probably not a pen I reckon.
72'
That has gien Brazil heart and Santos is very nearly slipped in down the left by Ramires but Trasch is there to intercept.
71'
70'
A stonewaller too, Alves sneaked round the other side and was hacked down. No dive, definite pen.
70'
68'
That was Brazil-like. Such a delicious first time pass from Schweiny and a well timed run from Goetze to stay narrowly onside. He showed good composure by rounding Cesar too.
67'
Such a good goal, a lovely interchange between Kroos and Schweinsteiger releases Goetze and he rounds Cesar to slot home. Great football.
67'
64'
Its just not happening for Brazil in the second half. Plenty of touches going astray and Fernandinho manages to turn a dangerous attack on the edge of the area into a Germany counter attack there.
62'
Kroos' dive wasn't quite as bad as this number from Mario Gotze.
61'
Brazil very nearly hit back instantly as Andre Santos' cross floats towards the top corner until Neuer gets a minute touch. Questionable goalkeeping.
60'
60'
It was Kroos who charged into the area, felt a graze on his calf from Lucio and went down a bit easily for my liking.
59'
57'
Schurrle does well in the right channel and crosses for Goetze but his effort is blocked by a sea of yellow shirts.
56'
A poor ball from Kroos is picked up by Neymar but his attempted ball through for Ramires was telegraphed and cut out by Badstuber.
54'
Muller's cross is headed clear by Lucio and as Trasch puts it back in, the big man is there again.
53'
Cesar is in action again as Lahm's powerful, swerving shot bounces just in front of him. He gets an arm on it and concedes a corner.
52'
Goetze floats a ball for Muller, who springs the offside trap, but Julio Cesar is out swiftly.
51'
Lovely turn from Neyamr as he nips past Hummels and if his ball had been better Robinho had a tap in. As it is Badstugber clears for a corner.
50'
Some space for Schweinsteiger but he lashes his shot high into the stands.
48'
More tickery from Dani Alves and a half decent cross but Hummels nods clear.
47'
A poor finish from Pato as Brazil broke superbly; Ramires plays him in and he tries a delicate chip that would have been sublime had it come off, but it doesn't and as such, he looks a bit silly.
46'
KICK OFF Two changes for Germany as we begin again: Gomez and Pdoloski have gone off and Schurrle and Klose are on.
Elsewhere tonight, Italy and Spain are level at 1-1. Montolivo for the hosts, a Xabi Alonso penalty for Spain. Loic Remy has put France 1-0 up over Chile. Ireland and Croatia are level at 0-0.
Bastian Schweinsteiger and Ramires do battle
45'
HALF TIME A good half of football, for a friendly anyway. Germany on top at the start and end, Brazil with a flurry of attacking possesion in the middle.
45'
Brazil swarm upfield from the corner and Neymar fires a low shot two yards past the post.
44'
Trasch has a pop as Germany win the ball back and it flicks Silva as it arrows past the far post.
43'
Now Muller's dribble is cleared by Thiago Silva.
41'
Germany step it up again as half time looms. Lahm's drilled effort is cleared by Lucio.
40'
Podolski charges into Dani Alves now. If this was the World Cup there'd have been a flurry of yellow cards by now.
39'
It is Germany's chance to win a corner and waste it.
38'
Kroos floats the free kick over the bar before a superb mazy dribble from Pato ends with a wild shot.
37'
Muller tries a one-two with Lahm but Fernandinho again is late. Still no card though. Free kick on the edge of the box for Germany.
35'
Good work down the right from Dani Alves and he stands up a lovely ball to the far post where Trasch nods behind.
34'
A sloppy pass hands Germany possession, Gomez feeds Goetze but his ball is a little behind Podolski and his eventual shot is blocked.
33'
His powerful effort is palmed away by Neuer, even though it was right at him. ESPN co-commentator Mervyn Day, an ex-goalkeeper himself, is not happy with that.
32'
Now Dani Alves is tripped and for once, his fall to the turf was warranted. Free kick 30 yards out. Alves over it.
31'
Debutant Fernandinho goes in late on Goetze. Not a great tackle but thankfully the referee keeps his cards in his chest.
29'
Goetze can;t control a pass that was rather fired at him and Julio Cesar comes out to shepherd it behind.
28'
It's all got a bit scrappy in the last few minutes. The lovely ebb and flow of the first 20 a distant memory.
27'
Fernando Torres has limped off for Spain against Italy. Bad news for Chelsea.
25'
Brilliant defending from Lucio, admittedly after he had played Gomez onside.
24'
Neymar floats the free kick to the back stick but Neuer claims comfortably.
22'
Ramires jumps into Hummels after toe-ending the ball past him. He wins the free kick.
21'
Superb move from Germany as Trasch and Goetze play a one-two, the former pulls it back to the edge of the box where Kroos sweeps it wide of the far post.
20'
Brazil have brought some Samba style to Stuttgart. Both on and off the pitch.
19'
A good spell for Brazil now as Robinho clips a ball to the far post and they win another corner.
18'
Robinho tries to slip Pato into the area but Lahm had covered well.
17'
Brazil took the corner short and worked it to Robinho but his cross is claimed by Neuer. This time with his hands.
16'
Robinho releases Andre Santos who gets to the byline and when he crosses to the near post, Neuer hacks it behind for a corner. Not sure why he didn't pick it up.
15'
Neymar nicks the ball from Goetze as he tracks back to good effect.
14'
Ralf's ball puts Ramires in trouble but though Germany pinch the ball Schweinsteiger's shot is blocked.
13'
Now Ramires breaks and has options but his left-footed ball for Robinho was pathetic.
12'
A huge mistake from Kroos gifts Brazil possession, Robinho finds Pato but instead of shooting from ten yards he tries to cut inside and loses the ball.
11'
Some fancy footwork from Neymar as Brazil try to rally but his trickery only manages to take the ball out of play.
9'
Andre Santos piles into the back of Muller. Free kick all day long.
8'
Brazil firmly on the back foot here. There's a lovely fluidity about Germanty.
7'
Lovely ball into the area from Kroos - the man who Bayern will never sell to me on Football Manager - but Thiago Silva nods clear.
6'
Northern Ireland have taken the lead against the Faroe Islands, Aaron Hughes with the goal. That's the only Euro 2012 qualifier tonight and a big one for Nigel Worthington's men.
5'
Superb movement from Goetze, who cuts inside and forces an excellent one-handed save from Julio Cesar from about eight yards.
4'
Germany now in control after a bright start from the Selecao.
3'
Lively movement from Goetze, who wins a corner after a neat pass from Lahm. This is my first real look at him but he's started the season very well for Dortmund.
2'
An early stepover from Robinho with Schweinsteiger in close proximity.

Kick off
And lest we forget, this pits the third best team in the world (Germany) against the fourth.
The game is a sell out too, reflected by the rousing national anthem currently being belted into the night sky by 70,000 odd Germans.
But Brazil will find it tough going tonight against a German side who have won all seven of their 2012 qualifiers to date. Theirs is a settled unit, difficult to break down and potent up top.
The sun is setting in Stuttgart and while this is only a knockabout there are still plenty of subplots involved. For Brazil, this is their first game since their shock defeat to Paraguay in the quarter-final of the Copa America. Their fans will want an instant riposte.
Germany: Neuer, Träsch, Hummels, Badstuber, Lahm, Schweinsteiger, Kroos, Müller, Götze, Podolski and Gomez.
Brazil: Julio Cesar, Dani Alves, Lucio, Thiago Silva, Andre Santos, Ralf, Ramires, Fernandinho, Robinho, Pato and Neymar.
Yes its only a friendly but still one to get the pulse quickening a little. After all, the boys from Brazil are always watchable.
Evening all and welcome to live commentary of Germany's friendly with Brazil. Kick off is at 19.45 BST.
