That was truly shocking from France. A tell tale sign that the French camp is in disarray. No-one cared about the game today, no-one wanted the ball, no-one wanted to win. As soon as they went behind the game was lost. Something is rotten in the state of Domenech. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets sacked tonight.

It's all over and Mexico have beaten France for the first time! Domenech's team were pitiful. Mexico were brilliant.

And before you think Uruguay and Mexico might play out a draw so they both go through, whoever comes second in the group will most probably play Argentina. Incentive enough yes?

France can still go through if they hammer South Africa, providing there is a winner in the game between Uruguay and Mexico. It will all come down to goal difference if that should happen.

More danger emanates from Salcido down the left as he crosses and Barrera flings himself at it. Lloris did just enough but was far from convincing.

Vela's had to go off for Mexico and Barrera is on in his place.

Mexico are down to ten while Vela receives treatment. I think his race could be run judging by the way he's limping.

Govou tries two flicks within 30 seconds and gets both of them wrong. Vela is in trouble. He's lying on the turf clutching his hamstring.

The French bench are all sporting rather fetching tartan blankets to keep them warm. Ahh, poor them.

Superb work from Salcido, who got away from Sagna. Gallas stays put instead of coming to meet him and Lloris is forced to make a save when he really shouldn't have had to.

Great pressure on the ball from Mexico as Anelka received the ball from Sagna. There were four green shirts around him in an instant.

Superb cross from Toulalan as he digs one out from the right side. Malouda jumps to meet it but Osorio does enough to put him off.

Mexico are good in possession. I like the look of Salcido down the left too. Very neat and tidy.

A great chance for Vela as he springs the offside trap. He had two players square of him but elects to hammer one way over the bar instead. A complete waste.

Mexico make just one change, at right back, as Hector Moreno replaces Paul Aguilar. They retain the attacking trio of Giovani Dos Santos, Carlos Vela and Guillermo Franco.

Domenech makes one change to France's side with Florent Malouda replacing Yoann Gourcuff. Thierry Henry has to make do with a place on the bench. Not surprisingly, after his disappointing cameo against Uruguay.

As for Mexico, they were much brighter than France when they played hosts South Africa in the opener. They are a quick passing team, fast on the counter, and will pose France a decent threat tonight. Its a tough one to call.
