Petr Cech says that his motivation in football surrounds winning trophies as a team and that personal records only come second.

Cech, 29, had another impressive season in 2010/2011 but it proved to be a disappointing one as Chelsea failed to win a single trophy and manager Carlo Ancelotti was sacked.
