Dons sign Mawene

Aberdeen manager Craig Brown has made his first summer signing after recruiting French defender Youl Mawene.

The 31-year-old previously worked under Brown at Preston and has also had spells with Derby and Greek outfit Panserraikos.

Mawene has signed a pre-contract agreement for now and will officially join the Dons next week.
