Klose out for Germany

Miroslav Klose will play no part in Germany's Euro 2012 qualifying clashes with Austria and Azerbaijan after picking up a rib injury.

The Bayern Munich forward was hurt in Sunday's 2-1 friendly win over Uruguay and is unable to take part in training.

"It is unfortunate that Miro will not be available and we hope he makes a good, quick recovery," head coach Joachim Low said.

Die Mannschaft face Austria on Friday before travelling to Azerbaijan four days later.
