Celtic striker Georgios Samaras has signed a new three-year deal with the club, following team-mate Mark Wilson, who also extended his contract on Thursday.

Samaras, 26, joined Celtic initially on loan from Manchester City in January 2008 and scored on his Hoops debut, coming on as a substitute in the Scottish Cup victory over Kilmarnock at Rugby Park.
