Mariners keen to ground Jets

Central Coast Mariners have vowed to do everything in their power to end local rivals Newcastle Jets' slim hopes of making the A-League finals on Sunday.

Despite the final fixture of the season having no meaning for the Mariners, who will finish second regardless of the result, they can ensure the Jets take no part in the finals with a draw or better.
