Defoe back in full training

Tottenham striker Jermain Defoe has returned to full training after recovering from ankle ligament damage.

Defoe was expected to be out for three months after he suffered the injury during England's Euro 2012 qualifying victory over Switzerland in September, but he has made good progress after undergoing surgery and is a month ahead of schedule.
