Matildas reach Peace Queen Cup final

The Matildas have qualified for the 2010 Peace Queen Cup women's soccer final in South Korea following a 1-0 victory over Taiwan.

Katie Gill's 12th minute strike was enough to hand Australia a lead they would never give up.

Coach Tom Sermanni was pleased to be comfortably through to the final on Saturday, where they will play the winner of New Zealand and England.

But he warned they will need to convert more opportunities into goals in the final.
