Zola keen on Ghana job

Ghana Football Association vice-president Fred Pappoe has confirmed that Gianfranco Zola has handed in an application for the vacant Black Stars post.

Zola, who began his coaching career as assistant to Italy Under-21 boss Pierluigi Casiraghi, spent two years in charge of West Ham United in the Premier League but was dismissed at the end of last season.
