Hutton wants first-team football

Alan Hutton is desperate for Tottenham to lower his price tag so he can secure regular first-team football - but he would be reluctant to return to Rangers.

Hutton, 25, joined Spurs for a reported £9 million in January 2008, but he has struggled for first-team football at White Hart Lane and was allowed to join Sunderland on loan for the second half of last season.

However, Hutton is reluctant to continue to make loan moves and is now hoping to seal a permanent move away.
