Inter Milan's preparations for their Champions League semi-final against Barcelona have been rocked by an injury to influential midfielder Wesley Sneijder.

The Dutch player was substituted at half time during Inter's 3-1 win Serie A over Atalanta on Saturday, a result that took Jose Mourinho's men top of the table.
