Drogba: No hernia op before finals

Didier Drogba has admitted Chelsea's title challenge has started to take its toll on him, but handed Ivory Coast a massive boost by revealing he will not be undergoing an operation on a troublesome hernia before the World Cup finals.



Drogba has played 40 games for the Blues this season, while he has represented his country on a further ten occasions in World Cup qualifiers and the African Nations Cup in January.
