Independiente Medellin win fifth Colombian title

Independiente Medellin lifted their fifth Colombian league title with a 2-2 draw at home to Atletico Huila in the second leg of the Clausura championship final.

Medellin won the final 3-2 on aggregate following a 1-0 away win over Huila in Wednesday's first leg.

The championship's top scorer, Colombia striker Jackson Martinez who scored the only goal of the first leg, found the net again for Medellin in Sunday's decider watched by 45,000 spectators at the Atanasio Girardot stadium.
