Rojas scores winning penalty for America to top Inter

STANFORD, Calif. -- Oscar Rojas scored the winning goal in the shootout and Club America defeated Inter Milan 5-4 on penalty kicks to take the first match of the inaugural World Football Championship on Sunday.

Ivan Ramiro Cordoba scored a goal in the 60th minute for Inter Milan to tie the match 1-1.

Club America took a 1-0 lead in the 51st minute when midfielder Juan Carlos Silva took a corner kick from Pavel Pardo and slammed a left-footed shot past goalkeeper Vid Belec.
