Fitness doubt over South Africa striker Parker

South Africa striker Bernard Parker will need a fitness test before Thursday's Confederations Cup semi-final against holders Brazil after twisting his knee in training.

The 23-year-old Red Star Belgrade forward, who has scored twice in the tournament for the hosts, underwent a scan on Wednesday after being injured on Tuesday.
