California boy dies while running at soccer practice

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- A 14-year-old high school student collapsed and died during practice for his junior varsity soccer team.

The Sacramento County Coroner's Office is conducting an autopsy on Brandon Mitchell Baker of Antelope.

The ninth-grader at Center High School was running a cool-down lap with about 35 other members of the varsity and junior varsity soccer teams after school Tuesday when he collapsed.
