U.S. U-20 women top Group A with win over Mexico

The U.S. U-20 women's national team earned the top place in Group A of the CONCACAF Under-20 Championship by defeating host Mexico, 3-0, in front of a hostile crowd at Estadio Cuauhtemoc in Puebla, Mexico.
