England's Smith won't kiss boots again

WUHAN, China -- England forward Kelly Smith will not be kissing her soccer boots if she scores again at the Women's World Cup.

Smith scored both goals in England's opening 2-2 draw with Japan, and after each she took a boot off to give it a kiss.

"She won't be doing that again," England coach Hope Powell said when asked if Smith would kiss her boot if she scored against Germany in a Group A match on Friday.
