Koeman left to pick up pieces after heavy loss

EINDHOVEN, Netherlands, Apr 4 (Reuters) - PSV Eindhoven coach Ronald Koeman faces a tough task to lift his players after the team's humiliating 3-0 home defeat against Liverpool in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final on Tuesday.

Goals from Steven Gerrard, John Arne Riise and Peter Crouch underlined Liverpool's supremacy against the Dutch champions, who also lost Peruvian striker Jefferson Farfan with a hamstring injury.
