French Cup: Lyon chase first silverware

PARIS, March 29 (Reuters) - Olympique Lyon, who had started the season dreaming of making an impact in Europe, will have to be content with domestic silverware and have a first opportunity to put their hands on some in Saturday's League Cup final.

Lyon, 16 points clear at the top of Ligue 1 with nine games left and poised to become the first side from a major European league to win six titles in succession, face Girondins Bordeaux in the final at the Stade de France.
