Marseille resume chase for elusive trophy

PARIS, Feb 26 (Reuters) - Olympique Marseille will try to stay on course for their first trophy in 14 years when they take on third division side Vannes in a French Cup quarter-final tie on Tuesday.

The Provence side, who have won the competition a record 10 times, have not put their hands on any silverware since winning the Champions League with a 1-0 defeat of AC Milan in 1993.

OM will be keen to make amends for a 3-0 thrashing at the hands of Toulouse in Ligue 1 on Saturday.
