Lyon set points record with crushing derby win

PARIS, April 30 (Reuters) - Champions Olympique Lyon set a single-season points record in Ligue 1 when they crushed neighbours St Etienne 4-0 on Sunday.

Lyon, who have already secured a fifth consecutive title, now have 81 points, two more than the record they matched last year and shared with Nantes and Monaco.

St Etienne midfielder David Hellebuyck put Lyon in the lead with an own goal after eight minutes.
