Choices for U.S. team aren't all that difficult

While U.S. coach Bruce Arena sits on his couch for the next three weeks trying to assemble his World Cup roster, the rest of us will try our best to do his job for him. Everybody has an opinion on what the 23-man roster will look like, but trying to read Arena's mind can be an exercise in futility.
