Law-makers urged to act on time-wasting

LONDON, Feb 16 (Reuters) - Soccer's law-making body has been urged by FIFA to toughen regulations on time-wasting by players, which could lead to an increase in yellow cards.

The International Football Association Board will discuss a proposal from world soccer's governing body to amend Law 12 covering fouls and misconduct.
