Galaxy trades draft pick King to Rapids

CARSON, Calif. -- The Los Angeles Galaxy traded forward Aaron King, the final player chosen in last month's Major League Soccer draft, to the Colorado Rapids on Wednesday for a first-round choice in the 2007 supplemental draft.

King was North Carolina State's leading scorer in each of the past four seasons and finished fourth on the school's all-time list with 44 goals and seventh with 103 points.
