Ten-man Feyenoord hold on to win in Amsterdam

AMSTERDAM, Aug 28 (Reuters) - Feyenoord secured their first win in Amsterdam since 2001 when goals from Salomon Kalou and Dirk Kuijt beat Ajax 2-1 in the Dutch first division on Sunday.

Ivorian Kalou opened the scoring after 15 minutes as he ran on to a pass from Dirk Kuijt and left goalkeeper Hans Vonk no chance with a placed shot.
