WASHINGTON -- Asked to deliver a message to Manchester United fans, Malcolm Glazer stayed silent Wednesday.

During a news conference at the NFL's spring meetings to announce that Tampa will host the 2009 Super Bowl, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' owner declined to answer questions about his takeover of the world's richest soccer club.
