Onyewu's week of highs and lows

US international Oguchi Onyewu enjoyed the highs and suffered the lows of European football this week.

On Thursday night he scored a goal in a UEFA Cup match only for his Standard Liege to crash out of the competition after being stunningly defeated 7-1 by visiting Athletic Bilbao. Then the following Sunday his team won convincingly 5-0 in a league match where he got an assist.
