UNC misses out for first time

CARY, N.C. -- Apparently, the NCAA can hold the Women's College Cup without North Carolina.

For the first time since the tournament started in 1982, the Final Four doesn't include the Tar Heels. They were the top seed this year but lost in the third round to Santa Clara, 1-0 in overtime.
