Reds clinch second-stage title

TOKYO, Nov 20 (Reuters) - Urawa Reds clinched the J-League second-stage title on Saturday despite being beaten 2-1 at home by nine-man Nagoya Grampus Eight.

Japan's best-supported club were guaranteed their first J-League stage title courtesy of Japanese champions Yokohama F-Marinos, who beat second-placed Gamba Osaka 2-0 away.

The Reds have 31 points from 13 games and hold an unassailable seven-point lead over Gamba with two games left.
