BELGRADE, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Round-up of the weekend soccer action in Eastern Europe.

RUSSIA - Lokomotiv Moscow captured their second league title with a 2-0 win at Shinnik Yaroslavl and finished a point ahead of last season's champions CSKA Moscow, whose 4-1 rout of FK Moscow turned out to be in vain.
