Simek pleased despite loss in debut

American defender Frankie Simek's whirlwind week, which saw him loaned out from Arsenal's reserve squad to Championship side Queens Park Rangers, culminated in a 2-1 loss to Preston North End Tuesday night, battling fellow Yank Eddie Lewis.

Yet, all signs point to the youngster impressing his coach, teammates and himself with his performance; gaining valuable first team experience.
