U.S. defender moves to London club

Frankie Simek is set to go on loan to the Championship side Queens Park Rangers on loan for a month, with the American defender set to ride to the rescue of an injury-filled backline.

With Matthew Rose, Danny Shittu, and Georges Santos all carrying knocks QPR came calling to their London "neighbors". This seems to be an excellent move for Simek to gain first team experience, since he has been unable to break into the Gunners' first team for the most part over the last 18 months.
