Claude Anelka quits Raith Rovers

GLASGOW, Oct 19 (Reuters) - Claude Anelka, the brother and agent of Manchester City's French striker Nicolas, has left Raith Rovers after a miserable five-month spell as a director and head coach of the Scottish first division club.

Anelka was appointed to the dual role in May, investing around £300,000 in the club, but has been heavily criticised by fans after failing to win a match since the start of the season.
