RUSSIA - Lokomotiv Moscow went top of the table with a 3-1 win at city rivals Spartak. Three other title contenders slipped up in a thrilling five-way race.
Zenit St Petersburg slipped from first to third with a shock 1-0 home defeat by Rostov Rostelmas thanks to a Pavel Maresch own goal, while champions CSKA Moscow lost 2-1 at Shinnik Yaroslavl.
