Ralph nets game-winner in OT

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Chicago Fire edged the Columbus Crew 2-1 in overtime in the U.S. Open Cup Round of 16 on Tuesday at Crew Stadium.

Chicago forward Damani Ralph scored in stoppage time of the first overtime (106th minute) to give the Fire the victory that puts them in the final eight of the Open Cup. Stoppage time was added to the first overtime after Edson Buddle was given a questionable red card in the 97th minute for a tackle on Logan Pause.
