CSKA edge Spartak in Supercup

MOSCOW, March 7 (Reuters) - Champions CSKA Moscow struck twice in extra time to beat cup holders and city rivals Spartak 3-1 in the season-opening Russian Supercup on Sunday.

Brazil under-23 striker Carvalho, who joined CSKA from Porto Alegre in a $4.5 million, four-year deal last month, scored in the 111th minute to break a 1-1 deadlock.
