Fowler snubs Manchester City switch

Leeds striker Robbie Fowler has made a dramatic, last minute U-turn and has snubbed a £7million move to Manchester City. The England international agreed personal terms and underwent a rigorous medical at Maine Road today but his agent, George Scott, later announced the player had decided against the move.
