Humphreys named new PFA chairman

Chesterfield striker Ritchie Humphreys has been elected as the new chairman of the Professional Footballers' Association.

The 35-year-old, who made more than 500 appearances for Hartlepool, succeeds Clarke Carlisle, who retired from professional football at the end of last season.
