Egyptian FA proposes ACL venue switch

The Egyptian Football Association has called for the African Champions League clash between Cairo rivals Zamalek and Al Ahly to be moved to a different venue due to security fears.

The game is currently set to be held in Zamalek. However, the governing body wants it switched to the Red Sea resort of El Gouna, on account of potential trouble in the Egyptian capital and the Mediterranean city of Alexandria.
