Terry reignites racism row

LONDON -- The bitter fallout from English soccer's high-profile racism case resurfaced Friday in front of European governing body President Michel Platini when John Terry refused to shake hands with the man who fired him as the captain of England's national team.

The snub came at an event in London where European champion Chelsea was handing back the Champions League trophy ahead of next month's final at Wembley Stadium.
