Taylor backs retrospective action

Professional Footballers' Association chief executive Gordon Taylor is to call for the use of video evidence to punish dangerous challenges and diving from next season.

Taylor believes that not taking retrospective action against players such as Callum McManaman, who was not charged for his horrific, knee-high challenge on Newcastle's Massadio Haidara, sends out the wrong message.
