Cahill ruled out of San Marino clash

England will be without Gary Cahill for Friday's World Cup qualifier with San Marino as a result of a knee problem.

The Football Association has said Cahill "will be reassessed later in the week" to determine his availability for the qualifier away to Montenegro on Tuesday.

He had landed awkwardly on his knee during Chelsea's 2-0 victory over West Ham United on Sunday.
