Green calls for Rangers' promotion

Rangers chief executive Charles Green believes the club should be promoted to the First Division if league reform is decided upon before the start of next season.

Rangers may claim the Third Division title on Saturday if they defeat Stirling and Queen's Park do not win at Annan. However, under a proposed restructure, they will play in the same division as their nine Third Division opponents again next term in an 18-team competition.
